His 30 plus years of practical project experience, extensive structural background, and approachable nature make him a natural design team leader. He is responsible for many of the mega-development projects undertaken by the firm. Minesh's innovative, sensitive design solution, as well as his ability to facilitate a cohesive team environment, have earned him the respect and continued patronage of a diverse base of satisfied clientele. Kalpesh Patel, P.Eng obtained his Masters Degree in Structural Engineering and has practiced as a structural engineer for over 18 years. He is experienced in detailed design, structural analysis and cost estimating. Kalpesh is fully involved on technical evaluations and is responsible for all the working drawing production. Gary Maxwell is a Senior Structural Technician and has over 25 years of building experience. He is Involved with detailed design, supervising of drawing production, shop-drawing reviews during construction, and site reviews. MMP commits the personal involvement of its Principals on its projects in order to provide consistent communication and accountability through all stages of project development. |
